You must be at least 18 years of age to use GrowthSignal. This requirement exists because the platform is designed for operators of adult content communities. Use by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited.
By creating an account, you make an express affirmative confirmation that you are 18 or older. We record this confirmation at the time of registration. If we have reason to believe an account is held by a minor, we will terminate the account immediately and delete the associated data.

GrowthSignal serves operators who post to adult content communities on Reddit. By using this service you confirm that your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding adult content creation and distribution, including any age verification requirements applicable to the content you produce.
GrowthSignal is offered on a subscription basis. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged for the next period and access continues until the period ends.
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Founder Access pricing is locked for the duration of your original subscription.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
Your use of GrowthSignal is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the service at any time.
GrowthSignal is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue, account actions taken by Reddit, or content removal.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including accounts we have reason to believe are held by persons under 18. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
