How does GrowthSignal handle a roster of creators? +

Each creator on the roster gets their own workspace, fully isolated, with its own community library, niche terms, posting history and analytics. A creator can have several Reddit accounts underneath, with repost intelligence tracking which assets have run where. The agency operator moves between creator workspaces from the dashboard.

Does GrowthSignal interact with our creators' Reddit accounts? +

No. GrowthSignal is a research and intelligence layer. It reads publicly available subreddit data and public Reddit profile data for the creator activity snapshot. It never posts, comments, votes, or takes any action on an account. There is no login, no OAuth, and no credential stored for any creator account.

Is our workspace data private? +

Yes. Each workspace (community library, match terms, and outcome logs) is private to your agency. No data is shared between agencies, and each creator workspace is isolated from every other.

Will using this affect a creator's account standing? +

No. GrowthSignal never interacts with Reddit on your behalf. Posting decisions are made by your operators; the guardrails exist to stop avoidable removals before they happen.

What if a creator's niche isn't well represented? +

Each creator's niche terms are set during onboarding and the Discovery feed is personalised from day one. The database grows continuously. If coverage is limited for a particular creator, operators can add any subreddit to that creator's library manually.
